The cost of a building is determined by the design and drawings, not by a contractor's price. This means we have control of cost because we know the cost of what is being designed. Our architects are in daily communication with our project managers concerning selection of materials, installation details and various systems, which will result in the best construction value.

All materials and subcontracts are put out on the competitive market for bid. Therefore, the competitive bid market is not bypassed by having only one general contractor.

You, the owner, have one firm to hold accountable and one person to contact. All communication between you and Vanman Architects and Builders Inc. goes through one person who is responsible for streamlining communications and time schedules on your project.
